These interactive learning courses have been specifically developed for the Petrol Retail Industry to provide all staff working on the forecourt with the knowledge required to carry out their duties in a safe and informed manner.

This interactive course deals with all age related products sold on the forecourt. It provides your staff with the information needed to sell age related products in a responsible informed manner whilst demonstrating due diligence and legal compliance. A certificate of completion can be printed for successful trainees which provides evidence of training for Enforcement Authorities.

This interactive course has been designed to ensure the trainee takes a pro-active approach towards sales and customer care. It encourages staff to make the most of opportunities to promote the use of valeting services available on the forecourt whilst providing the knowledge needed to operate and maintain the equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
