This course mirrors the FSA's "Safer food - better business" and is based on the principles of HACCP and the 4C's.

The learning content is presented in an attention grabbing way whilst checkpoint quizzes ensure the trainees understand why food safety and personal hygiene is so important when handling and serving food products in the shop.

Our Competent Person training workshops are still available for those organisations that prefer the traditional educational approach. Workshops can be arranged on your site or at a convenient location and are led by a professional instructor fully conversant with the forecourt industry.

 

The 4Court series delivers refresher training providing evidence and auditable records for the Enforcement Authorities of compliance with good practice and current  requirements.
