By law certain products cannot be sold to a customer who is below a specified age. This interactive course helps to make your staff aware of the items which are subject to current legislation in respect of the minimum age and what, and to whom, they can sell these products.

Competent Person + Basic Safety

This interactive course can be used to train all staff working on the forecourt as it has been designed to operate on the following three learning levels:

Basic Forecourt Safety
Assisted Deliveries
Driver/Unassisted Deliveries

A Forecourt Safety/Competent Person handbook which can be used as a stand alone training aid or in conjunction with the course can also be supplied. Course versions for both UK and ROI regulations are available.
